Account and Data Deletion

01Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open Spekvia and tap your profile picture (Settings).
• Tap the "Delete my account permanently" option at the bottom.
• Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

02Request by e-mail

If you cannot access the app, send an e-mail titled "Account deletion request" to support@spekvia.com from the e-mail address registered to your account. After verifying your identity, we delete your account within 30 days at the latest.

03What is deleted?

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile details, preferences and avatar
• Your conversation sessions, vocabulary cards, My Mistakes Notebook entries and progress (XP, streaks, badges)
• The notes Mivo remembers
• Reports you sent about AI replies

04What may remain?

• Records held by analytics and error-tracking providers are removed at the end of their own retention periods.
• Traces may remain briefly in infrastructure backups.
• Records required by legal obligations may be kept for as long as the law allows.

05If you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account.
